You just have to use yellow. Now ther is only lvl 80 training dummys. This npc can be found in undercity, stormwind city, ironforge, orgrimmar, thunder bluff, darnassus, silvermoon city, and ruins of gilneas. They allow level 60 players to see their damaging effects on creatures at their level, without the danger.
So from my experience, this is how target dummies work. You can auto attack them to level weapon skill or dps test. Not to sound cynical, but what's the point of this thing? Pro tip as an alliance warrior back in.
