Sometimes when iโ€™m training lats i literally feel like i donโ€™t have hands. Any tips on getting them strong and big? Unless you're leaning so far back it turns into a row.

It took me such a long time to retrain how to actually pull. Getting your lats to flare properly takes practice, and you could have decent lat development without being able to present it. I don't feel my lats when i deadlift but doing exactly that consistently has made a huge difference in the way they look. When i am doing lat pulldowns i just can't feel my lower lat, upper lat yes, but lower lats even with other exercises i can't feel anyways, i have.

My opinions have now changed to think basically all pulldowns are lats. I don't know on how to fix this or help you, because u could be like me who has tried so many things. Otherwise, make sure that you're actually. I want to build them up to achieve that built v.

Consider talking with a mental. You don't need to feel your lats for them to grow. I feel like i have 0 lats after lifting for a year and a half. Like your torso is close to parallel with the floor.
