I know i could be around 6 weeks but. Has this happened to anyone before? But i had my us yesterday but still a growing gestational sac and a yolk sac was there.

According to my u/s i’m 7 weeks. I have heard of some fetal pole not showing at 6 weeks due to a retroverted uterus, so it may apply at 7 weeks too. My wife is 7week pregnant in the first scan (internal scan) only yolk sac is visible but no feta pole and there is no heart beat, gynaec suggested to retake the scan after 10days.
Had one sac measuring 7+4 with a strong heartbeat and a second sac measuring 6+1 no heartbeat.
At 7 weeks of pregnancy, a pregnant woman generally is able to see a yolk sac, a fetal pole, and a gestational sac in her uterus (by an ultrasonic scan test). I go back in two weeks for another ultrasound. They said my hcg looks good and were relating hcg in 48. Really hope it works out for you.
Doctor said my gestational sac is abnormal. Background fetal growth restriction (fgr) is a major determinant of perinatal morbidity and mortality. Any one else measure at 7 weeks with a good sized sac at 2.2 cm/2.2mm but no fetal pole and have it turn out ok? They saw the gestational sac and yolk sac but not fetal pole or heartbeat.

Dr doing ultrasound said he could see a gestational sac and yolk but no fetal pole. I just had my first appt today and the yolk sac was measuring 7 weeks but no fetal pole.
