Early intel is magical, but it is in fact posted by (amazing).
Especially the run rows recently. Choose your intensity on the treadmill, increase. It’s like the dark ages when no intel is posted as it’s somewhat refreshing going in once in a while with 0 intel. I love the intel for many of the reasons people mentioned above (and i love our aussie friends for being so kind and providing such early intel ️🐨).
While i definitely appreciate the early intel posts, your comment covers all my key considerations for workout prep! 5am class but can’t go to sleep until i see some intel! We got a few responses that indicated to us that there was some preference to keep the early intel threads around after the daily workout thread comes out. It also gives me time to decide my weigh choices and where i can push.

But thanks to the interwebs, our friends. My studio will be closed on wednesday because we will be getting new treads so we started mayhem a day early. The only time i cancelled a class was. It was a good one, but definitely a challenge!
