Openssl support => disabled (install ext/openssl) i have already uncommented extension=php_openssl.dll (*.dll on ubuntu?) in /opt/php. If phpinfo() reports “openssl support disabled”, it means that php was compiled without openssl support, or that the openssl extension is not loaded. How can i enable the openssl extension for php cli if no configuration file is loaded?

But when i run phpinfo (), openssl support is disabled under the phar section. I am having an issue enabling the php_openssl.dll. I've added the dll to my path and restarted my system, and xampp.

Php configures and installs correctly.

This can occur due to. Inside the phpinfo i get openssl support enabled but inside terminal i get openssl support => disabled (install ext/openssl). Phpinfo () tells me it's enabled and is pointing to the conf correctly. Not sure if that matters.
